Versilia Supply Service (VSS) is a comprehensive yacht supplier based in Viareggio, the home of Italian yacht construction, with most of the major yacht builders, engineering companies, and component suppliers within walking distance of our office.

 

This proximity enables us to work closely with both yacht builders and suppliers, which, along with our 35 years in the industry, has afforded us a great amount of expertise in sourcing both new and spare parts for every department on-board. In fact, if you are on an Italian made yacht, there’s every chance that we’ve supplied something for it! Also in Viareggio, we have our own dedicated chandlery: The Marine Store, and the popular Richmonds British Food Store, all under the same roof, making a truly one-stop shop for all your nautical needs.

Still in Viareggio, we have another important department to introduce: Versilia Provisions (VP). Versilia Provisions is a new department dedicated to supplying high quality food and beverage to superyachts and megayachts all over the world.

With the goal of customer satisfaction and our focus being sourcing only the highest quality food and beverage. Our team, led by ex-chefs and industry insiders, have acquired countless contacts in the sector, ensuring provident produce for their clients in every way, shape, and form. They are well equipped to find the best solution and offer advice for every palate. Thanks to our contacts with the area farmers and suppliers we can also provide locally sourced fresh Tuscan produce.

To ensure your orders reach you in perfect condition they will be well packed and carefully handled, ensuring they adhere to strict preservation and shipping standards.

Aside from provisioning itself, Versilia Provisions also offers a galley outfitting service. The key to a successful galley begins and ends with having the best possible equipment on board. Our staff can keep you updated with the latest and greatest in the world of culinary technical innovations. VP also boasts a dedicated interior department, sourcing the very best in luxury items, whether that be linen, crockery, glassware, and everything in between.

Further, I must mention our growing number of premises. Now extending beyond Italy, VSS now boasts offices in France, Spain and Antigua. These offices enable us to better serve the Coast D’azur, the Balearic Islands, and the Caribbean while giving us the ability to work with local suppliers, along with the head office in Viareggio, which facilitates the continuity of the excellent service that our clients are accustomed to.
