• Captain Debora Radtke – Compliance and Shoreside support: With
  20 years on board private and charter yachts. Debora transitioned from heads and beds to the wheelhouse, this has given her the experience and knowledge to assist every department on a vessel.

• Dee Dee Pegg – Operations Manager: Dee Dee brings a wealth of experience to our team having worked for marinas and vendors through the Fort Lauderdale area. As a South Florida native her contacts frequently help pull those proverbial rabbits out of the hat.

• Port State compliance – for U.S. ports

  • Immigration escort, Customs and Border Patrol (CBP) clearances

  • Electronic notices of arrival and USCG regulations ENOA/D and COFR

• Shoreside Support while in U.S. including, but not limited to: Pilotage arrangements, tugs and tows, cash to master, carpet and upholstery cleaning, onboard first-aid training with MCA approved instructor, guest tours and crew outings, shipping needs; including custom clearances, onboard entertainment – DJs, live music, children’s entertainment etc, centralized billing service for vendor invoices, bunkering.
